How Our Civil Service Interview Coaching Works

Before the session: We start with a short telephone consultation to understand your goals and challenges. From there, we review your CV, personal statement or application, we match to the job description, research the role and employer and we design a tailored coaching session just for you.

During the session: Each session is tailored to your role and assessment. We cover competency and behaviour questions, we give feedback on your STAR examples and work with you to improve and strengthen them. We run mock interviews with strengths and technical questions. If needed, we will coach you on delivering a polished presentation. You will leave with clear feedback, proven techniques to manage nerves and the confidence to perform under pressure.
